Special requirements

• Shoaling Dynamics

  Requires a school of at least six individuals to feel secure and exhibit natural behavior. In smaller numbers, they may become stressed or cryptic.

• Frequent Feeding

  Due to their high activity levels, they should be fed small amounts of meaty and herbivore-based foods several times throughout the day.

• Branching Coral Habitats

  In the wild, they are closely associated with branching corals like Acropora, which provide essential shelter. Providing similar structure in the aquarium is highly recommended.
