Data Deletion Request
We respect your right to erasure. Submitting a request will permanently delete your Mahiyar account and all associated data — including tanks, water test logs, livestock inventories, and rescue history. This action cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In-App
Open the app, tap the Profile tab, then scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. The deletion is immediate and permanent. You will be signed out automatically.
Option 2 — Via Web Form
Fill out the form below. We will verify your email address and process the request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your data has been erased.
Option 3 — Email Us
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and the email address linked to your account.
What gets deleted
- ✓Account credentials and profile information
- ✓All tanks and their configurations
- ✓Water test logs and parameter history
- ✓Livestock and plant inventories
- ✓Rescue plans and maintenance records
- ✓Push notification tokens and device identifiers
All personally identifiable information and user-generated content will be purged from our servers within 30 days of the verified request, in compliance with Google Play Developer and Apple App Store policies.
